| Bellini Fresh Peach Juice & Champagne stirred lightly in a chilled champagne flute Black Russian 2 parts of Vodka & 1 part Kahlua served with ice cubes in an old fashioned glass Bloody Mary 15cl Tomato Juice, 5cl Vodka, 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, 2 dashes of Tabasco & 2 dashes of fresh Lemon Juice shaken then poured into highball glass with ice. Season to taste with black pepper and salt. Granish with celery stick. Cosmopolitan Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass: 2cl Vodka, 1cl Cointreau, 1cl Triple Sec, 4cl Cranberry Juice, 2 dashes of fresh Lime Juice.
