Pink Giraffe Style is our speciality created Chinese & Thai fusion dish
It is cooked with Red & Green Peppers, Bamboo Shoots, French Beans, Thai Basil & Fresh Thai
Chillies. It is a sweet and spicy dish that is served sizzling when dining in the restaurant to really
stimulate the flavours of the fresh chillies and Thai Basil leaves, as Thai Basil is much more intense
with flavour and aroma than conventional Basil.
