The Pink Giraffe is primarily a restaurant that offers collection takeaways, but due to
high demand have introduced home deliveries since 2005. Due to the kitchen operating
at maximum output to satisfy dining-in, collection takeaway and home delivery
customers already, we apologise that home delivery times may be higher than typical
fast food outlets. We hope that home delivery customers will appreciate that we are
always trying hard to cater for your needs and we will always endeavour to keep your
home delivery waiting time to be within 15 – 70 minutes in total. Please do ask for an
estimate time for delivery before placing orders!


As of 1st September 2008 - Delivery Areas with £2 Delivery Charge and Minimum Order Value of £10:

Please note that drivers are unable to deliver to Oxford City Centre until after 6:30pm due to road restrictions.

please feel free to ask a member of staff via telephone. As of 1st September 2008, The Pink Giraffe will cease to go to
some locations for home deliveries due to lack of demand and increase of petrol costs. The affected areas with cease of
home delivery services, as of 1st September 2008, are as follows: Cutteslowe, Harefields, Botley, Osney, New Osney,
Cumnor, Harcourt Hill, Wolvercote, Upper Wolvercote, Wheatley & Sandhills. We apologise for any inconvenience
caused and are grateful for all the continuing support in improving our services to you.


Payment for Home Deliveries

Visa, Solo, MasterCard, Switch & Delta Credit / Debit Cards are accepted at time of ordering over the phone providing:
1. the “cardholder” is present upon receiving deliveries
2. the card used for payment is presented to the driver and
3. a valid Driving Licence, Passport or Prove It card (photographic ID) is shown to prove identity.

These steps are in aid of preventing fraud for the business and customers.
We kindly ask that all telephone payment customers adhere to these procedures.

Cash on Delivery is also accepted.

As of 1st October 2005, we have ceased in accepting cheques as payment.
